I have just visited jogja and solo in the last 4 days. Well my trip there was extremely fun, but i cant hide the fact that i feel very very sad plus super upset remembering jakarta was hit by bombs; two bombs, while im not in this city, the city which i looove the most.
I went there together with karin and yuni and stayed in yuni’s house. it was fun, adventurous too since we didnt know much about roads in jogja plus we didnt have any vehicles that can easily take us everywhere we want to go. I even think that
bule there know a lot more about jogja better than we do. Haha what a a shame.
Thanks to trans Jogja which helped us a lot. I believe that we had could been lost if there’s no transjogja on board.
i did photohunting all days.
1st day to Prambanan,
2nd day to Borobudur,
3rd day to kota gede and Chocolate Monggo factory, and everyday to malioboro. One word ; FUN !!! plus tired of course :p, since we took a walk at least for 3-5 km everyday, even a lot more in some days. Hehe. Now i know how bad my lifestyle is for rarely taking walk in my daily because i had already
ngos-ngosan with just walking 1 km far . hehe.

prambanan temple

super bright and shiny at borobudur.. *_*
And new skill i learned: BARGAINING.
ga sia-sia deh ke malioboro tiap hari. Haha
One day, we want to buy a necklace in MALIOBORO. And asked the seller for the price
Me : mas niki pinten mas. ? (sok sok jowo. Hahaha )
Seller: itu 35.000 mbak..
Karin : ah.. 15 kali mas ini mah..
Seller : oalah, yang 15000 mah antingnya, mbak.Still bargaining, not long after that, a
bule came..
Bule : how much is the earrings ?
Seller : 45000 *denganmukatanpadosa*HAH ? hahhaha i could only laugh with no sound. He had just tell me that it is 15.000, and then just a minute after that he told the
bule that it is 45000?? I mean the price 15rb he told before was not even the bargained price ! oh dear, now i know that having a local face like this is so useful, because we finally got the necklace for 15rb. Hihihii... :D
muka lokal seperti INI. karin, yuni and me. :p
and anyway, i saw this cute batik public phone in malioboro mall. it's so cute that i took photo with it. hehe like this !
4th day ! time to say bye to Yuni and karin because karin went home to jakarta and yuni went to her grandma’s home that day. Thanks to
Amin who didnt let me be alone by picking me up then treating me a delicious sop ayam for breakfast and talked bout lots of things like we did when we were highschool students. i always love meeting old friends like this :). Not only that, he also took me to stasiun tugu and accompanied me waiting my train to solo . THANKS A LOT, MIN.... if you weren’t there, maybe i had taken the wrong train. Hihihi maturnuwuuunn...
In SOLO, I went to Grand mall and be asked to drive an old-enough car which freaking me out. Hahhaa. I dont know why but everytime i went to solo i’m always asked to drive old cars, usually with no AC and no power-steering tyres.
Wong nge-gas aja susah :p. Last year i even drove a car which has no HORN ! huhuy setress.. especially when meeting becak which only can reach 5 km/hour speed but confidence enough to dominate the road. I felt like want to open the car window then yelled at the tukang becak powerfully. “BANG, MINGGIR DIKIT DONG BANG!!” (betawi mode: on) hahahaa.but I didnt do that, of course. thus, there's another skill i learned : DRIVING VINTAGE CARS. haha
in solo grand mall.; beware minnie, i'm having a date with your mickey ! :pFinally on saturday night, i spent my night alone on train—my favourite vehicle ever—bringing those fun memories to jakarta—the place where i ‘ve lived in for the last (almost) 19 years..
Jakarta, here I am. I’ve missed you so bad..
have a very nice days, people! :)
